Learning by doing
Where leaders meet and learn
JCI is built on one idea: you grow by taking on real responsibility. Every year, elected leaders in each country, region and in Europe get one year to lead, and the events and academies we run are where they share what they learn.
- Academies and mentoring that are free for participants
- Peer mentoring and benchmarking between countries
- A network of friends and colleagues in 36 countries
The world needs people who don’t wait for change – but create it.
