What is the Revival Program?
The Revival Program supports seven National Organisations in Europe, each facing its own challenges: membership growth, retention, leadership continuity, governance or overall organisational sustainability.
Can you apply?
No, the program is by invitation only. Seven National Organisations are selected based on the 2026 National Organisations analysis and contacted individually.
What to expect
Team Europe offers customised support, always aligned with the specific needs of the organisation. It may include targeted training, marketing support, access to grants, structural guidance or other practical assistance.
Revival Program
Mobility Grant
Purpose
The Mobility Grant helps members of National Organisations in the Revival Program to attend events organised by larger or neighbouring National Organisations, transferring knowledge and strengthening revival efforts.
Financial support
- Up to €250 travel reimbursement per National Organisation taking part in the Revival Program.
- No limit on the number of members or journeys within that amount.
Requirements
- You are a member of a National Organisation in the Revival Program.
- You apply before attending the event.
- The National President endorses the application.
- You commit to implementing what you learn locally.
How to apply
- Contact the EDC at least 6 weeks before the event.
- Submit the application form.
The grant is available until 31 October 2026.
Reporting
- After the event, submit a report and your receipts.
- The report must outline your learnings and an implementation plan.
- The deadline is 1 month after you return.
