JCI European Conference
Each spring, the European Conference (EC) is hosted in a different European city, bringing together members from across the continent.
The official JCI program features meetings of the National Presidents, high-level training sessions and interactive workshops designed to foster leadership development and international collaboration.
Complementing the formal agenda, the conference offers a rich program of company visits, cultural and tourist excursions, keynote speakers, debating and public speaking competitions, gala evenings and sports events. It combines professional growth, networking and cultural exchange.

2026 edition
Connecting Minds, Creating Futures
The 2026 JCI European Conference took place from 29 April to 2 May 2026 in Málaga, Spain, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It was a gathering of leadership, impact, culture and connection for young leaders from across Europe and beyond.
The ticket prices were:
- Early Bird: €430 (until 15 February 2026)
- Regular Bird: €480 (until 30 March 2026)
- Late: €570 (until 2 May 2026)
