I work professionally with recruitment (since 2019) and the development of teams and organizations (since 2022). I’m an accredited Insights trainer since 2024, and I use the Insights Discovery framework to support self-awareness, communication, and collaboration. In 2025, I became a Certified Area Trainer. In this role, and as a trainer at the European Academy, I deliver training and facilitate learning experiences. As a member of the winning English Debating Team at the European Conference 2024, part of the winning national debating team in Denmark in 2025, and winner of the Danish Public Speaking Competition 2025, I can train and guide others in these areas.

Hey! Sorry to potentially disappoint, but this won’t be an AI-slop summary of what I do, so it may be human and messy 😊 I’m a soft skills trainer for over 10 years, having started off as a corporate-internal trainer on change management. But even before then, I delivered hard skills training topics (SAP Business Warehouse reporting) to hundreds of people back in 2011… So I have a few (hundred) training hours behind me already 😊 What I do nowadays is topics around leadership (with decision making and feedback in focus), productivity (mindset and the usage of AI), and pitching/presentation skills. Concerning my style: I consider that I’m facilitating a learning experience for all of us (and not giving a training).
